Ever since we knew it's as if a life we have found anew, exhilaration, joy, confusion overwhelming waves of mixed emotion. What do we tell you? How should we prepare? Maybe the moment we see you words will be there. What I can, tell you is though it may seem dark now , there will be light- this faith let me endow. Though muffled sounds is all you hear, soon rhythms of the world will be clear. All you touch may be wet and cold, soon love's warmth you will hold. You will see the world with all its wonder, works of evergreen legends in your ears will thunder. Amongst the general you will carve your space, behold beauty in ordinary and commonplace. Even if the journey doesn't go as planned, you will fall and learn to stand. But all the while we will hold your hand, With arms wide open, we welcome you to this land.
The idea behind this poem is: finding the same face in the same place at a designated time each day in some part of your life. And think, there goes the old man of the road. Some days he stands in a corner, confused about the ways of this world. Some days he is the charmer and kids surround him to hear st...
It has been sometime that I have written anything. Wonder if this is what is called a writer's block. If so, was a pretty long one. Anyway thought will give it a go again and what best way to start than writing a travel blog for once. Criteria was that the place needs to be visa(at least one of us at the moment can't travel outside Sweden), pocket and weather friendly. After long debates, sleepless nights and taking turns at threatening each other with a hunger strike if something is not planned for these 4 days, a colleague was involved. In short, we settled on a place for a one day trip. Ya, that happened, everything everywhere was booked or sold out and so we stayed home 3 days and went out for a day trip. Anyway this is not about us, this is about us in Trosa, the tiny little happiness we are now proud to ha...
